JOE KHEIR - FOUNDER

Now semi-retired, Joe founded the companyover 45 years ago.

For some, it may be hard to comprehend that Joe has never advertised his services. He built his successful business purely through referrals of satisfied clients as a result of delivering quality with honest service. With such a reputation, Joe could easily step away from running day to day operations, passing the business to his son Victor.

Today, Joe continues to assist Victor with key business decisions to ensure that the business grows while maintaining its impeccable reputation.

VICTOR KHEIR - DIRECTOR

Victor represents the second generation of J&M Builders.

Along with his brothers (Rabeeh and Louis) he spent his early years working along his father, Joe, learning all tricks of the trade.

Over seven years ago, Victor took the company over from his father. Since then he successfully completed over 570 houses, townhouses or units and numerous renovations and extensions.

When you meet Victor you will be impressed by his in-depth trade knowledge combined with the energy and the enthusiasm rarely found in this industry..

MAHLA KHEIR - CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Mahla is not a typical Customer Service Manager
you would expect to meet.

From your first contact with Mahla (or a member of her team) you will know that she actually works for you and not for the builder. You can ask for almost anything and Mahla will get it done. She will push whoever needs to be pushed to get you what you want.

Mahla’s nice, but strong personality, simply does not take NO for an answer. How would you like to have someone like Mahla on your side when your project is under construction?
